Shillong, June 8: The Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) has announced the recruitment of 8 Junior Engineer (Civil) positions in the Electricity and Power Department through a direct recruitment examination. Eligible candidates have until June 19 to submit their applications.
The online application process began on May 7. Interested candidates can register on the official MPSC website until 4 PM on the deadline date.
Applicants must possess a three-year diploma or a higher degree in Civil Engineering from a government-recognized institution, along with a High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC). Additionally, candidates must have computer proficiency as specified by the Mizoram Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023 for Group ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ positions.
The minimum age for candidates is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 35 years, calculated as of January 1. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per regulations.
Selection will be based on a written examination, academic qualifications, and skills. Selected candidates will receive a salary according to Level 7 of the pay matrix.

Register and log in, then fill in all required information in the form. Attach all requested documents with the application. Pay the registration fee (if applicable), review the application, and submit it. Finally, print a copy of the registration form for future reference.
