Minor Dispute Between Anant Singh and Neeraj Kumar to Be Resolved, Say NDA Leaders

Patna, October 4 (Daily Kiran) : Leaders from the Janata Dal (United) and the Bharatiya Janata Party addressed the recent conflict between Anant Singh and Neeraj Kumar during the Bihar MLC elections. They characterized the disagreement as minor and expressed confidence that it would be resolved swiftly.

Neeraj Kumar has been nominated by the JD(U) for the Patna graduate seat. However, Anant Singh, a party legislator, has begun campaigning in support of Anuj Singh from the Jan Suraj Party, leading to tensions between the two.

Shyam Rajak, the national general secretary of JD(U), stated in an interview, “There is no issue. The NDA will win all eight seats, without a doubt. We will secure all eight seats, including Neeraj Kumar’s. There are some minor differences, but everything will be settled.”

Commenting on the separate campaigns of Congress and RJD, Rajak remarked, “It is surprising that while they sit together in coalition meetings pledging to bring down the government, they attempt to undermine each other during elections. What kind of alliance is this? The public wants to know, but they have no answers, as they spend hours in meetings only to argue amongst themselves.”

Meanwhile, BJP leader and state minister Ramkripal Yadav addressed Lalan Singh’s call for reconciliation between Anant Singh and Neeraj Kumar, noting, “Lalan Singh is a leader of JD(U) and a minister at the center. This is a matter related to his constituency. A solution will be found without any trouble. The results will be in our favor.”

Yadav also commented on Rahul Gandhi’s recent launch of the Satygrah portal, stating, “The Congress party, having been in opposition and in power, lacks awareness of the common people’s issues after so many years of governance.” He emphasized that Rahul Gandhi remains in opposition and should engage with the public to understand their struggles. “The BJP government has already been attentive to the concerns of the marginalized,” he added.

Regarding BJP national president Nitin Nabin’s upcoming visit to Patna, Yadav said, “Patna is Nitin Nabin’s hometown. He will be on a two-day visit to discuss strategies with party organization and ensure NDA’s candidates win in the MLC elections. He will consult with NDA coalition partners, and under his guidance, we will secure victories across all seats.”
