Shivpal Yadav Predicts SP Government in Uttar Pradesh by 2027

Itawa, October 4 (Daily Kiran) : Senior leader Shivpal Singh Yadav of the Samajwadi Party asserted on Sunday that the people of Uttar Pradesh are determined to oust the BJP government. He confidently predicted that under the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav, the Samajwadi Party (SP) will form the government in the 2027 assembly elections.

Speaking to reporters in Itawa, Yadav noted that a meeting of the party’s district executive was held, attended by numerous party officials. He emphasized the importance of preparing for the upcoming elections, stating that all party members and workers must collaborate on election-related activities. Furthermore, he urged them to spread the party’s policies throughout villages and households.

“Our workers are fully prepared. The public has decided that the current government is deceitful,” Yadav remarked. He accused the state government of engaging in corruption through officials, causing distress among the populace. “The people have resolutely decided to remove the BJP government. In 2027, the Samajwadi Party will return to power under Akhilesh Yadav’s leadership,” he declared.

Regarding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, Yadav called for an investigation into alleged irregularities during his tenure. He suggested that Kumar should resign, stating, “The entire opposition is against him, so he should step down.”

When asked about changes in the Uttar Pradesh Congress leadership, Yadav responded that the Samajwadi Party is part of the Indi Alliance and that discussions occur regularly among coalition parties. However, he refrained from commenting on the Congress’s internal decisions regarding leadership changes.

He also reassured that the Indi Alliance would remain united and that its members will contest the elections together.
