Mumbai, 8 January: The sudden demise of Agnivesh Agrawal, son of Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agrawal, has shocked the entire nation. Reacting to the tragic incident that occurred in the United States, lyricist and writer Manoj Muntashir expressed his condolences on social media.
Sharing a photograph from two years ago celebrating Holi with Anil Agrawal’s family on his Instagram account, Manoj Muntashir conveyed his deep sorrow. He wrote, “Sometimes laughter and happiness are so fleeting that everything changes in the blink of an eye. This picture is from just two years ago when we joyfully celebrated Holi.”
He referred to the pain of Anil Agrawal and his wife Kiran Agrawal, stating, “Today, Anil Agrawal and his wife Kiran stand together holding hands in the darkest, saddest, and most sorrowful phase of their lives. It is hard to believe that the child they held in their arms yesterday now has to be carried on their shoulders.”
Remembering Agnivesh, Manoj said he left this world at the young age of 49. He described the grief of losing a child as unbearable and added, “There are no words in any dictionary that can lessen the pain of losing a child, but we can pray to God to give you the strength to bear this unbearable sorrow.”
Agnivesh Agrawal was a board member of Talwandi Sabo Power Limited, a company under Vedanta Group.
Anil Agrawal himself took to social media to describe this tragedy as the darkest day of his life. He revealed that Agnivesh was recovering in a New York hospital after a skiing accident but suffered a sudden cardiac arrest which changed everything. This loss is an irreparable blow to the family.
