Chandigarh, March 13: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has organized a flag march in the Dhaka assembly constituency ahead of the ‘Badlav Rally’ scheduled for March 14, where Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address the crowd.
Led by BJP leader and Dhaka assembly in-charge Parmjit Singh Kanth, party workers and a large number of local supporters participated in the flag march on Friday.
The march traversed various key markets and public spaces in the Dhaka assembly area. During the event, the participants conveyed a message of change and development in the state, encouraging the public to join the rally at Killi Chhalan in large numbers.
On this occasion, Kanth emphasized that the Badlav Rally would be a significant event, shaping the political direction and future of the region. He urged the public to participate en masse and become part of this movement for progress and change in Punjab. He confirmed that Amit Shah would be addressing the rally.
Prominent Punjab BJP leaders, including Sunil Jakhar and Ashwani Sharma, along with other senior party officials, are also expected to attend the event.
Participants in the flag march included Mandal President Kulwant Singh Bhatti, Suresh Sethi, Jagbir Singh Tarkhedi, Ajit Pal Singh, Bhagat Ram, Ravinder Ravi, Jagjeet Sethi, Avtar Singh, Balraj Singh, Youth President Shubham Mulapur, Gurdev Sanauhar, Manjeet Kaur, Jaswinder Kaur, Beena Rani, Kuldeep Mast, Devaraj, Ram Pal, Rama Dhuriya, Gurpal Singh, Raju Kaile, Harminder Singh, Jassi Singla, Mithu Paswan, and several other party leaders and workers.
Party officials stated that this rally would serve as an important platform to present a vision for development, good governance, and a new political direction for Punjab, and all preparations are being made to ensure its success.
