RAS Officers Transferred

Jaipur, 15 September (Patrika English News): The Bhajanlal government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle, transferring 222 Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officers and assigning additional charge to 11 others. The Department of Personnel issued the transfer orders on Monday. Earlier, on 19 July, the government had also made transfers at the IPS and RAS levels.

As per the new postings:

Several joint secretary-level changes have also been made in Jaipur:

  • Dinesh Kumar Jangid shifted from Cooperation to Animal Husbandry Department.

  • Aslam Sher Khan moved from Water Resources to Minority Affairs Department.

  • Narendra Kumar Bansal shifted from Personnel to Additional Commissioner, Jaipur Municipal Corporation (Greater).

  • Anandilal Vaishnav moved from Broadcasting Corporation to Joint Secretary, Home (Police) Department.

  • Arvind Saraswat transferred from DPR to Mining Department.

In addition, Ashu Choudhary has been appointed Registrar, Rajasthan University, after being moved from Mining Department. Ashok Kumar has been transferred from Devasthan Department to Registrar, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur. Suresh Kumar Naval, Revenue Appellate Officer, has been appointed Secretary, Bharatpur Development Authority.

The government has also assigned additional charge to 11 officers, including Dr. Sunita Pankaj, Ashok Kumar Asija, Devendra Singh Parmar, Gaurav Kumar, Rajiv Sharma, Ranjit Kumar, Pramod Kumar, Anurag Harit, Dr. Garima Sharma, Ratna Kaur, and Pankaj Kumar.

This large-scale reshuffle is expected to bring significant changes in the administrative framework across several districts and departments of Rajasthan.
