LG has introduced the LG OLED evo W6, a premium wireless OLED television that the company claims to be the world’s thinnest true wireless TV. The announcement was made during a media preview in Las Vegas ahead of CES 2026. Measuring just 9mm in thickness, the W6 is designed for flush wall-mount installation, catering to luxury home theatre enthusiasts, design-conscious users, and gamers seeking a clean, cable-free setup.
Unlike earlier “wallpaper” OLED models, the W6 combines the display, motherboard, power board, and speakers into a single slim unit, removing the need for bulky casing and visible cables. External devices connect via LG’s compact Zero Connect Box, which supports 4K video transmission at up to 165Hz without noticeable delay.
The TV is equipped with LG’s Alpha 11 AI processor and features Hyper Radiant Color TECHNOLOGY, delivering significantly higher peak brightness and a reflection-reducing premium coating for improved visibility in well-lit rooms. Gaming capabilities include NVIDIA G-Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium, Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), and a rapid 0.1ms response time.
Running on an upgraded webOS platform integrated with Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, the OLED evo W6 blends minimalist design, wireless innovation, and AI-powered features, establishing it as a notable premium television ahead of CES 2026.
