Jodhpur, September 9 (Kiran News) — The Jodhpur–Bhopal Express will not halt at Kota railway station for 25 days starting Wednesday, as redevelopment work is underway at the station.

According to Jodhpur Division DRM Anurag Tripathi, the West Central Railway is carrying out redevelopment work at Kota station, requiring a block on Platform No. 2. As a result, both directions of the Jodhpur–Bhopal Express will operate via a diverted route.

Train No. 14814 Bhopal–Jodhpur Express, departing from Bhopal between September 10 and October 3 (24 trips), will skip Kota and run on the diverted route via Sogariya–Kota C Cabin–Gudla.

Train No. 14813 Jodhpur–Bhopal Express, departing from Jodhpur between September 10 and October 4 (25 trips), will also bypass Kota and run via Gudla–Kota C Cabin–Sogariya.
During this period, both trains will halt at Sogariya station, located near Kota:

Train No. 14814 Bhopal–Jodhpur Express will arrive at 2:10 am and depart at 2:20 am.

Train No. 14813 Jodhpur–Bhopal Express will arrive at 11:30 pm and depart at 11:40 pm.
The diversion will remain in place until redevelopment work at Kota station is completed.
