
Ranchi, April 2: A significant opportunity has emerged for youth preparing for government jobs. The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has officially announced recruitment for 45 various positions, including Deputy Collector.
The online application process for these positions has commenced, with the deadline set for April 6. Eligible and interested candidates are advised to submit their registration forms within this timeframe.
The 45 positions for which JPSC is inviting applications include 36 Deputy Collector roles (in the Personnel, Administrative Reforms, and Official Language Department), 2 Assistant Registrar positions (in the Animal Husbandry, Dairy, and Cooperation Department), and 7 posts in the Jharkhand Education Service Category-2 (General Category) under the School Education and Literacy Department.
Candidates applying must possess a graduation degree from a recognized institution or university in any stream. Additionally, they must meet other specified eligibility criteria.
The minimum age for candidates is set at 21 years, while the maximum age varies between 37 to 40 years based on the category. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a preliminary examination, written mains examination, personal interview, and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹9,300 to ₹34,800, depending on the position.
During the application process, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which ranges from ₹50 to ₹100. However, candidates with disabilities are exempt from the application fee.
To apply online, candidates should first visit the official JPSC NAPS portal. After reaching the homepage, click on the application link related to the respective position. Then, register and log in. Fill in all required information in the form and upload the necessary documents in the correct size. After paying the application fee, submit the form. Finally, take a printout of the registration form for future reference.
