Tel Aviv, June 14: Israeli President Isaac Herzog praised former U.S. President Donald Trump’s approach to Iran while extending birthday wishes as Trump turns 80.
On social media platform X, Herzog wrote, “Warmest congratulations to President Donald Trump on your 80th birthday! Your extraordinary journey to the White House reflects the vastness of the American dream and the strength of your determination.”
The Israeli public is grateful for Trump’s leadership in confronting Iran and his unwavering commitment to Israel’s security. “We will never forget your tireless efforts to ensure the release of our beloved hostages,” Herzog added.
He expressed hope that Trump would continue to advance peace and security in the Middle East and strengthen the unique partnership between the U.S. and Israel.
In his post, Herzog referenced Jewish tradition, stating, “It is believed that at the age of 80, a person gains special strength and experience. May you celebrate with your beautiful family, and may you be blessed with many more joyful birthdays.”
