iQOO is set to unveil its new flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15 Ultra, on February 4 in China. Designed especially for serious mobile gamers, the device also boasts a high-end camera system and premium performance specifications.

The iQOO 15 Ultra will feature a 50MP Sony 3x super periscope telephoto camera equipped with an upgraded CIPA 4.5-level optical image stabilization system. The phone will use Vivo’s latest imaging technologies, including the NICE 3.0 Optical Reconstruction Engine and the Magic 2.0 Image Restoration Engine, to enhance photo detail and clarity. This powerful camera setup includes a triple 50MP rear camera array supported by a 32MP front camera.
Connectivity and Gaming Enhancements
For connectivity, the phone integrates 29 surround antennas that automatically switch signal paths based on the device’s orientation. It supports the N79 5G band and features the AI Esports Signal Engine 2.0, which strengthens Wi-Fi signals even through thick walls. Additionally, iQOO introduces the Universe Metro Gaming Network, enabling low-latency gaming in underground subway settings.
Display and Performance
The device sports a 6.85-inch 2K flat LTPO display panel sourced from Samsung. It can run popular games like Honor of Kings at 144fps with Ultra settings and enhanced textures. For better thermal management, the iQOO 15 Ultra is equipped with an Ice Dome Air Cooling System that includes a built-in fan. It also comes with capacitive shoulder triggers, a high-precision gyroscope, and fast touch response to support competitive gaming.
Processor and Storage
Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and paired with an in-house Q3 gaming chip, the phone offers up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. It supports 2K native upscaling, 120fps frame interpolation, and real-time ray tracing, enhancing the gaming visual experience.
Battery, Audio, and Additional Features
The iQOO 15 Ultra includes a large 7,400mAh battery with support for 100W wired and wireless fast charging. Audio is handled by stereo 1115 coaxial speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos. The phone also features an advanced dual-axis haptics system, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and supports 144fps livestreaming. It will be available in two colours: 2077 Black and 2049 Silver.
