Mumbai, October 5 (Daily Kiran) : Indira Krishnan, a prominent actress known for her active presence on social media, recently shared valuable life lessons with her followers. On Monday, she opened up about her experiences and her upcoming work related to the concept of the “October Theory.”
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Krishnan wrote, “September taught me that not everyone is meant to walk alongside you. Some disappointed me, while others revealed their true selves. Over time, I’ve realized that I’m no longer afraid of being alone. I thank all those who taught me the importance of reality over dreams.”
She continued, “I’ve stopped chasing relationships that weren’t meant for me. I chose to value my self-respect over holding onto those connections. I now feel lighter and warmly welcome October. I look forward to my family, my work, and the beautiful life I am rebuilding. May October be filled with kindness, happiness, and love. I embrace self-love, my goodness, and my worth.”
Currently, Krishnan plays the role of Durga in the GTV series “Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan.” She is also set to portray Kaushalya, the mother of Lord Ram, in the highly anticipated film “Ramayan” directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
The ‘October Theory’ is a psychological trend suggesting that October feels like a second New Year. Instead of waiting for January to set resolutions, people are encouraged to reset their lives, goals, and habits during the last three months of the year. After reflecting on the past nine months, this period is seen as an opportunity to get organized and revive old aspirations. Psychologists refer to this phenomenon as the “Fresh Start Effect,” where individuals feel more motivated after a significant time or change.
