Mumbai, October 5 (Daily Kiran) : Abhishek Sharma, the lead actor of the TV show “Vasudha,” has formed a deep bond with his cat, Tara. Initially, Tara would visit his home just to eat and then leave. However, one significant night changed everything for both of them.
After that incident, Abhishek realized that Tara was no longer just a pet; she had become a part of his family. He shared, “I have always been around pets, and my cat has taught me a new perspective on love. You don’t always need words or grand gestures to express affection. Sometimes, simply having someone sit quietly beside you speaks volumes. When my cat slowly blinks at me, it brings me a unique sense of peace.”
He continued, “Tara’s presence alone makes me feel good. Wherever I go in the house, she often follows me. Sometimes she sits beside me, or she quietly spends time with me. These little moments are what make our relationship special. I believe pets know how to express their love without saying a word.”
Abhishek’s connection with Tara deepened when she returned home one night severely injured. For weeks, Tara had been coming to his house to eat before heading out to play. That rainy night, she arrived soaked and wounded, bearing marks from a fight with other street cats. She was bleeding and in pain.
Without hesitation, he took Tara to the vet for treatment. That experience made him realize that she was more than just a cat visiting for food; she was family. Now, he plans his day around her needs, often wondering if she has eaten, how she feels, and what her mood is like when he’s at work. “For me, she represents a responsibility filled with love and attachment,” he explained.
Abhishek noted that Tara has a remarkable ability to sense his emotions. The moment he steps into his home, she can tell if he’s happy, sad, stressed, or angry. When he feels tense or preoccupied, Tara stays close by, following him from the bathroom to the kitchen, bedroom, and living room, always sitting beside him wherever he chooses to be.
