Mumbai, May 28: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai has announced the recruitment of 10 Management Trainee positions on a contractual basis. The institute is seeking highly motivated, proactive, and dynamic professionals to fill these roles.
The available positions include one each in Analytics and Decision Science, Operations and Supply Chain, Sustainable Management, and OBHR Management; two in Marketing; and four in Administration.
The online application process commenced on May 27 and will remain open until June 16. Eligible candidates interested in applying can complete their registration on the official IIM Mumbai portal by 5 PM on the final date.
Applicants must possess a strong academic background, holding a Master’s degree or an equivalent professional degree with at least 60% marks in their chosen field from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience, particularly those pursuing or intending to pursue a Ph.D.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 32 years, though it may be extended to 35 years for candidates with a Ph.D. or relevant experience.
Selection will be based on a written exam, skill test, interview, document verification, and merit list. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹45,000, along with an ₹8,000 housing allowance, ₹2,000 travel allowance, and ₹500 mobile reimbursement per month.
These positions at IIM Mumbai are entirely contractual, initially for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to three years based on satisfactory performance and institutional needs.
