
Kolkata, September 18 (Daily Kiran) : Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has exciting news for job seekers. The company has announced openings for 43 executive positions across various projects and offices in India, as detailed in an official notification.
The vacancies span several disciplines, including three in Industrial Safety, six in Geology, eight in Electrical Engineering, six in Mechanical Engineering, four in Civil Engineering, four in Medical and Health Services (M&HS), two in Environmental Management, three in Mineral Processing, three in Finance, one in Human Resources, and three in Surveying.
The online application process will commence on September 21 at 11 AM and will remain open until October 5. Interested candidates can complete their registration on HCL’s official website before the deadline.
Applicants must meet specific educational qualifications. For Industrial Safety, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, along with a postgraduate degree or diploma in Safety Engineering Management or a related field. Those applying for Geology should possess a postgraduate degree in Geology or Applied Geology. Electrical candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology, while Mechanical applicants should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery. Civil Engineering candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
For the M&HS positions, an MBBS degree and at least three years of experience are required, including one year in emergency services or occupational health. If applying with a postgraduate diploma, candidates must have three years of experience in a clinical setting.
Candidates for Environmental Management should have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology or a relevant postgraduate degree. Mineral Processing applicants require a B.Tech/B.E. in Mineral and Metallurgical Engineering or a related field. Human Resources candidates should possess an MBA or a postgraduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management with specialization in HR. Finance applicants must have passed the final exam from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Surveying candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Mining/Civil Engineering or an M.Tech in Geomatics along with a Surveyor competency certificate.
The maximum age limit for applicants ranges from 35 to 52 years, depending on the position, calculated as of September 1, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection will be based on the scrutiny of applications, interviews, shortlisting, document verification, and medical fitness. The selected candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging from ₹75,400 to ₹1,69,600, depending on the position.
Applicants will need to pay an application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for General/OBC candidates. However, candidates from SC/PWD categories will be exempt from the registration fee.
