New Delhi, July 1: The Rohini Court has granted relief to gangster Sandeep, also known as Kala Jathedi, by approving a four-hour custody parole on humanitarian grounds. According to the court’s order, he will be allowed to meet his wife and newborn twin children under police protection and supervision.
Reports indicate that the twins were born through in vitro fertilization (IVF), for which prior court approval was obtained. During the delivery, Kala Jathedi’s wife experienced complications, necessitating a C-section. Before making its decision, the court verified the hospital and medical records.
Following confirmation of the twins’ birth and the treatment of the mother and children, the court permitted the meeting on humanitarian grounds. The court clarified that during the visit, Kala Jathedi will remain under strict police custody and security. Furthermore, this relief is granted solely on humanitarian grounds and will not affect the ongoing legal proceedings against him.
To protect the family’s privacy and security, the court has instructed that details regarding the hospital and meeting location remain confidential.
