New Delhi, March 23: T20 cricket is often seen as a batsman’s game, yet several records are held by bowlers. Let’s take a look at the bowlers who have bowled 10 or more maiden overs in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Bhuvneshwar Kumar: This fast bowler has played 190 matches in the IPL since 2011, bowling a total of 703.4 overs. During this time, Bhuvi has delivered 14 maiden overs. He has claimed 198 wickets in the league, including two five-wicket hauls. In IPL 2017, while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad, he took 5 wickets for just 19 runs against Punjab Kings in 4 overs. Bhuvneshwar has played for three teams in the IPL.

Praveen Kumar: The right-arm fast bowler played 119 IPL matches between 2008 and 2017, bowling 420.4 overs. He has taken 90 wickets and has bowled 14 maiden overs in the league.

Trent Boult: The New Zealand star bowler participated in 120 IPL matches from 2015 to 2025. He bowled 447.1 overs and took 143 wickets, including 11 maiden overs. Boult achieved four wickets in an innings on two occasions. In IPL 2020, while playing for Mumbai Indians, he took 4 wickets for just 18 runs against Chennai Super Kings, including a maiden over.

Irfan Pathan: The former left-arm fast bowler played 103 matches in the IPL from 2008 to 2017, taking 80 wickets across 340.3 overs. He bowled 10 maiden overs during his career. Pathan played for five teams in the IPL, including Punjab Kings, Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rising Pune Supergiant, and Gujarat Lions.
