FIR Filed Against AAP Leader Saurabh Bhardwaj for Revealing Rape Victims Identity

New Delhi, June 2: AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj is facing serious legal troubles. The Delhi Police have filed a case against him for allegedly disclosing the identity of a rape victim from Janakpuri. Sources have confirmed this information.

According to police sources, Bhardwaj reportedly revealed the identity of a three-year-old girl who was raped at a school in Janakpuri. Following this, the police registered an FIR against him. Currently, the Janakpuri police are investigating the matter.

Last month, a shocking incident of rape involving a young girl surfaced within the school premises. In response, Bhardwaj took to the social media platform ‘X’ to express his outrage, stating, “Today, the youngest victim in our country is a mere three-year-old girl who was raped in a school in Janakpuri. The accused is a 57-year-old senior official of the school.”

Bhardwaj raised serious questions about the Delhi Police’s handling of the case. He claimed that the victim’s mother alleged that the local SHO and DCP were pressuring her to suppress the case.

The AAP leader mentioned that the victim’s parents are demanding a re-examination at AIIMS, but the police have not complied. Bhardwaj emphasized that justice has yet to be served for the young victim.

He questioned, “Why is the police not willing to conduct a medical examination for the three-year-old at AIIMS? Who is protecting the senior official and the accused? Will every victim only receive justice in this government when there is a massive uproar on social media?”

In light of this incident, the Aam Aadmi Party recently held protests in Delhi.
