Delhi High Court Reserves Judgment in Rajpal Yadavs Check Bounce Case

New Delhi, April 2: Renowned for his impeccable comic timing and powerful performances, actor Rajpal Yadav continues to face legal challenges. The Delhi High Court has reserved its judgment in the check bounce case against him, with the decision expected to be announced on the next hearing date.

During the proceedings, the court attempted to mediate between both parties but failed to reach a settlement. Yadav has expressed his respect for the court’s decisions. His lawyer, Advocate Upadhyay, stated that they presented their case and the court listened to their arguments. The matter has been reserved until the next hearing. Yadav is prepared to accept any ruling from the court.

The lawyer also mentioned that the case has been one-sided for several years, with continuous demands for increased payments. Yadav claims to have suffered losses amounting to 18-20 crores, which have not been addressed in court. The court has acknowledged their side of the argument.

Murli Projects’ lawyer, Advocate Avneet Singh Sikka, spoke to the media, saying, “We presented our case in court, and Rajpal Yadav appeared virtually. The court indicated that if he pays the amount, the matter would be resolved. However, if he does not comply, he may face jail time. After an hour of discussion, an amount was proposed, but Yadav is unwilling to accept it. He stated that he has already been to jail, so he is prepared to see how this unfolds. The actor is not ready to accept any decision.”
