New Delhi, June 27: Congress leader Pawan Khera has responded to the Ram Mandir donation controversy and several other issues. In a recent discussion, Khera stated that Champat Rai has been a senior propagandist of the RSS, and Nripendra Mishra was a senior official in the Prime Minister’s Office. This indicates that the temple’s management has been under the oversight of the RSS and the PMO. Now, the situation has escalated to one of plunder.
Khera emphasized that this is not merely a theft of money, jewelry, gold, silver, and land. It is a theft of faith and belief. Such a betrayal of trust is extremely costly. What can one expect from these individuals? They should dissolve the trust, conduct an investigation under the supervision of a sitting Supreme Court judge, and ensure that even the most powerful offenders face justice.
Regarding the situation in Gaza and Sonia Gandhi’s commentary on it, Khera expressed deep concern. He noted that questions have been repeatedly raised by the public, and Sonia Gandhi has previously addressed this issue. He highlighted India’s historical role, particularly concerning Palestine, and lamented how far the current government has strayed from that legacy.
Khera remarked that the world has been questioning the Gaza situation, and Sonia Gandhi has previously written about it. He recalled the heartbreaking images of dismembered bodies of children in Gaza, some just weeks old. He questioned what those innocent children had to do with the war. Such scenes evoke sorrow in anyone, regardless of their faith.
