Collision Between Truck and Bus in Haryana Leaves Over 20 Injured

Hansi, October 4 (Daily Kiran) : A severe collision occurred in Hansi, Haryana, when a private bus collided head-on with a truck. Reports indicate that around 20 to 25 passengers sustained injuries in the incident, which involved both men and women. All injured individuals have been admitted to a local hospital for treatment.

The accident took place near Nehru College in the Sisai Pul area of Hansi. Preliminary details suggest that the private bus was traveling from Barwala to Hansi when it collided with the oncoming truck around 11 AM on Sunday. The impact caused chaos among the passengers on board.

Upon receiving the news, multiple police teams arrived at the scene. Officers, along with local residents, helped evacuate the injured from the bus. Many were transported to the civil hospital using private vehicles and other means. Medical staff began treatment immediately as a large number of injured individuals arrived at the hospital.

Several passengers reportedly suffered serious injuries in the crash. After initial care, some were referred to Hisar for advanced treatment, while others continued to receive care at the Hansi civil hospital.

One passenger, Poonam, shared her experience, stating that she was on her way from Barwala to Hansi when the truck collided with their bus. She noted that those seated at the front suffered severe injuries, and she herself was also hurt.

The accident led to significant traffic disruption due to the damage sustained by both vehicles. A crowd gathered at the scene, prompting police to manage traffic and begin the process of clearing the wreckage. Authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
