
New Delhi, May 28: Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Dev met Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan on Thursday. The Vice President’s office shared this information along with photographs.
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, the Vice President’s office stated that Bihar’s Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary had a meeting with Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan at the Vice President’s residence.
Another post mentioned that Odisha’s Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Dev also met with Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan at the same location.
A day earlier, Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Social Justice and Empowerment B.L. Verma had also visited Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan at his residence.
It is noteworthy that Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan will embark on a three-day tour of Karnataka, Goa, and Kerala from May 29 to 31. During this visit, he will participate in several educational, cultural, and industrial events.
Official information indicates that on May 29, the Vice President will attend the global celebration of the 45th anniversary of the Art of Living Foundation in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Following this, he will participate in the platinum jubilee celebrations at the University BDT College of Engineering in Davangere. On May 30, he is scheduled to attend the state foundation day celebrations in Panaji, Goa, and subsequently visit the CSIR–National Institute of Oceanography in Goa.
On May 31, the Vice President will visit the Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Manjunatha Swamy Temple in Karnataka. Afterward, he will inaugurate the SIRI Industrial Park in Belthangady. He will then travel to Kerala, where he will inaugurate the 140th anniversary celebrations of the Deepika Malayalam daily in Kottayam. Additionally, he will attend a private event organized by Rajya Sabha MP C. Sadanand Master in Kannur.
This tour will cover various programs related to education, culture, religious traditions, and industrial development. Previously, the Vice President visited Kerala for two days from November 3 to 4, 2025.
