
Patna, June 20: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the final results of the 70th Combined Competitive Examination, bringing good news to many awaiting candidates. BPSC Chairman Parmar Ravi Manubhai announced the results during a press conference on Saturday. A total of 2,027 candidates have successfully passed the examination.
In this competitive exam, Shraddha Pandey secured the top rank with a score of 593, making her the state topper. Shashank Gaurav followed closely with 592 points, while Ayush Vijoy also achieved 592 points, placing him in third position.
The BPSC conducted the 70th Combined Competitive Examination to fill a total of 2,035 positions for eligible candidates.
Chairman Parmar Ravi Manubhai noted that some antisocial elements had disrupted the examination at the Bapu exam center, prompting an internal investigation. No irregularities were reported at any other centers in the state, leading to a retake of the exam at the Bapu center.
It is important to mention that the BPSC held the main (written) examination from April 25 to 30, 2025, across 32 centers in Patna, with approximately 20,034 candidates in attendance. The results for the main examination were announced on December 16, 2025, on the official BPSC website.
In total, 5,449 candidates passed the 70th main examination, after which interviews and document verification were conducted for the successful candidates. Candidates are advised to visit the official BPSC website to check their results using their roll numbers.
