BJP Leaders Affirm PM Modis Commitment to Youth and Students

New Delhi, August 1: BJP leaders have expressed that Prime Minister Modi holds a special place for the youth and students in his heart, following his recent video message directed at them.

During recent protests at Jantar Mantar, derogatory remarks were made against PM Modi, sparking significant outrage on social media. The youth responsible for these comments are facing social ostracism. In response, PM Modi extended forgiveness to the students and youth through his video message.

BJP MP Dharmshila Gupta stated that the Prime Minister’s generosity reflects his deep concern for the nation’s youth. She emphasized that despite the offensive language used during the protests, PM Modi believes that mistakes are part of youth, and it is essential to guide them positively.

BJP leader Prem Shukla remarked that PM Modi is dedicated to realizing a bright future for students. He criticized those attempting to mislead students for political gain, asserting that such actions have been thwarted by the Prime Minister’s statements. The use of abusive language against PM Modi is indeed condemnable, he added.

BJP spokesperson RP Singh noted that a complaint was filed by a female lawyer regarding inappropriate comments directed at the Prime Minister. While everyone has the right to protest, the language used against PM Modi was unacceptable. He mentioned that the public’s anger was evident, and the Prime Minister has chosen to forgive those who spoke disrespectfully, urging a need to educate this generation.

BJP MP Ghulam Ali Khatana highlighted that PM Modi’s 12 years in office are termed ’12 years of excellence’ due to his extensive work for youth, surpassing their population ratio. He consistently prioritizes their concerns, focusing on their education, stress, and future, while also engaging directly with them. Initiatives like Startup India, Standup India, and Local for Vocal have transformed youth perspectives and encouraged self-reliance.

He further stated that it is the Congress party that should apologize for involving criminal elements in youth movements and for the incidents that have arisen against children and security forces. The Congress has not only attempted to hijack this movement but has also sought to undermine the youth’s efforts, thus they owe an apology.
