Indore, September 20 (Daily Kiran) : In Indore, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s recent ‘Students’ Voice’ event has come under fire from BJP leaders. Senior BJP figure R.P. Singh accused Gandhi of lacking mental clarity, stating that his comments were inappropriate and disrespectful towards families.
Singh emphasized that while political discussions about the Prime Minister are welcome, personal attacks and mockery, especially at a staged event, are unacceptable. He asserted that the entire event was pre-planned, with each dialogue and character predetermined, showcasing what he termed Congress’s “mental bankruptcy.” Singh dismissed claims of “vote theft,” suggesting it is actually Gandhi’s intellect that is in question.
BJP leader Virendra Sachdeva criticized Gandhi for his lack of awareness regarding political issues and societal pulse. He likened Gandhi’s approach to that of an event planner, stating that Prime Minister Modi’s messages resonate with all societal segments, including the youth.
Rajendra Rathod, another BJP leader, condemned Gandhi’s comments during the event, suggesting they should embarrass his party. He noted that the public does not take Gandhi seriously due to such remarks.
Arun Chaturvedi, also from the BJP, highlighted that the ‘Students’ Voice’ event has received a strong response from the nation, reflecting what the public truly desires. He pointed to recent student elections at Delhi University as evidence that the youth are not interested in division but instead support national unity and pride.
