Thirteen examination centers in the district have conducted extensive mock drills to review all arrangements related to the exam. Special precautions are being taken at every level to ensure the exam is conducted fairly, transparently, and systematically.

All aspects, including candidate entry, document verification, registration processes, invigilator responsibilities, and security measures, have been thoroughly tested at the examination centers. Officials have stated that a comprehensive plan has been developed to eliminate any possibility of negligence or disorder during the exam.

Dr. Navneet, the NEET observer appointed at Niteshwar College, reported that the pre-exam mock drill was completely successful. “Our mock drill is complete. We discussed everything from the registration process to the duties and responsibilities of invigilators. All arrangements have been made systematically. We expect the exam at this center to proceed smoothly and in a peaceful environment. Compliance with the established guidelines will be strictly ensured, and every staff member has been clearly informed of their roles,” he said.

Another observer, Dr. Baneshwar Sharma, expressed satisfaction with the preparations, stating that all arrangements were tested through the mock drill. “We reviewed all preparations through the mock drill. Meetings with invigilators were held to provide necessary instructions. They were specifically advised to avoid any negligence during the exam and to maintain vigilance at every level. We are confident that we will successfully and systematically conduct this exam,” he added.

Dr. Sharma further emphasized that all staff members have been instructed to perform their duties responsibly to maintain the exam’s integrity, and every stage will be monitored.
