Shanghai, April 26: Baseus has officially launched its new MC2 clip-on earbuds in China. Priced at 349 yuan (approximately $51), they are now available on Jd.com. The MC2 serves as the successor to the MC1, which was introduced in 2024, and is set to enter the global market soon.
The MC2 earbuds are equipped with the innovative Cloud Airbag 2.0 system, providing 360-degree cushioning. They come with detachable silicone airbags in various sizes for a customized fit. Additionally, a 0.5mm nickel-titanium alloy C-bridge with an extended arc ensures stability and comfort for a wide range of users.
Designed with a four-point support structure, the MC2 evenly distributes pressure across the ear. This design keeps the earbuds secure during movement, making them suitable for activities like running or jumping without causing discomfort. Each earbud weighs just 5.1 grams, allowing for extended wear with minimal fatigue.
The earbuds feature a triple magnetic circuit driver and a gold microcrystalline diaphragm, supporting the LDAC codec for high-resolution audio. They also incorporate directional sound technology to minimize audio leakage, with SuperBass 3.0 and HiFi-grade processing for clear and balanced sound.
With a total runtime of up to 60 hours when used with the charging case, the MC2 offers 13 hours of playback on a single charge. The 600mAh charging case supports fast USB Type-C charging, providing 3 hours of playback after just a 10-minute charge, and can be fully recharged in two hours.
Smart features of the MC2 include AI-powered real-time translation, voice assistant support, dual-device connectivity, and touch controls for playback, calls, and volume. It also boasts a quad-microphone system with AI noise reduction and ultra-low 38ms latency, making it ideal for gaming and video playback.
Rated IP67 for dust and water resistance, these earbuds are built for durability in outdoor settings. They are available in three colors: Cloud White, Obsidian Black, and Tahiti Gray.
