Valencia, September 6 (Daily Kiran) : Barcelona continued their impressive start to the La Liga season with a commanding 5-0 victory over Valencia on Sunday. The match showcased the talents of young star Lamin Yamal, who scored twice, while Fermín López contributed one goal and two assists.
From the outset, the defending champions asserted their dominance, amassing 12 points from four matches, placing them three points ahead of second-placed Real Madrid. In stark contrast, Valencia remains at the bottom of the table with just one point from their first four games.
Barcelona took the lead just six minutes into the match. Fermín López set up Yamal, who skillfully found the net with a shot over Valencia goalkeeper Stole Dimitrievski from a challenging angle. Fermín then added to the scoreline in the 22nd minute, firing in a goal from 18 yards after receiving a pass from Anthony Gordon.

Yamal capped off the scoring with his second goal, sealing the victory in style. With a total of 17 goals across their opening four matches, Barcelona’s attacking prowess signals a strong campaign as they aim to defend their title.
