Asia-Pacific Media Partnership Program Established to Enhance Collaboration

Beijing, September 7 (Daily Kiran) : The Asia-Pacific Media Summit, held on September 5 in Shenzhen, has led to the establishment of the Asia-Pacific Media Partnership Program. This initiative, spearheaded by the Chinese news agency Xinhua, seeks to deepen collaboration between media organizations and think tanks across the Asia-Pacific region.

The program aims to strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships among media institutions, emphasizing the creation of four key platforms: high-level dialogue, collaborative communication, technological innovation, and practical cooperation.

The preparatory committee for this initiative includes 16 founding organizations from both China and abroad. Reports indicate that eight Chinese member institutions have exchanged documents related to collaborative outcomes with foreign media on the platform.

This strategic move underscores the importance of media cooperation in addressing regional challenges and fostering a shared understanding among diverse stakeholders.
