New Delhi (Patrika English News): Vivo has officially teased its upcoming X300 series smartphones, revealing key details about the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. The next-gen flagships will be powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset and feature Vivo’s in-house V3+ imaging chip, setting the stage for a premium smartphone showdown later this year.

Dimensity 9500 Brings Major Performance Gains
The MediaTek Dimensity 9500, recently announced, will power both the X300 and X300 Pro. This new chip succeeds the Dimensity 9400 found in the Vivo X200 lineup. Benchmark results show the chipset surpassing 4 million points on AnTuTu, underlining a significant leap in performance.
The standard Vivo X300 also appeared on GeekBench with 16GB RAM and Android 16, scoring 3,177 (single-core) and 9,701 (multi-core) points.
Imaging Powerhouse: V3+ ISP
The Vivo X300 Pro will integrate the company’s self-developed V3+ ISP, designed to enhance image processing and video quality. One of the headline features is Cinematic Portrait Video recording at 4K 60fps, bringing professional-grade videography to smartphones.
Apple-Style Ecosystem Integration
The Vivo X300 series is also expected to debut with an AirDrop-like file-sharing feature, enabling seamless connectivity with Mac PCs and iPads, directly competing with Apple’s ecosystem experience.
Expected Launch Date
While Vivo has not confirmed the official launch, reports suggest that the Vivo X300 series could debut on October 13, 2025.
