New Delhi, September 21 (Daily Kiran News): Vivo is gearing up to announce its X300 series in China on October 13, but signs suggest a global launch could follow soon. The global variant of the Vivo X300 has now appeared on Geekbench, confirming key details about its hardware and performance.

Geekbench Scores and Hardware
Listed under model number V2515, the global Vivo X300 runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with 16GB of RAM and Android 16. On Geekbench, it scored 3177 points in single-core and 9701 points in multi-core performance.
The Dimensity 9500 features a 1+3+4 CPU setup, including:
One Travis core at 4.21GHz
Three Alto cores at 3.50GHz
Four Gelas cores at 2.70GHz
It is accompanied by the Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, built on a new architecture that offers 40% efficiency gains and a similar boost in ray tracing performance.
Expected Software and Global Launch
Speculation suggests the X300 series could be the first global lineup to run OriginOS 6. With testing underway, industry insiders expect a global debut in November or December this year.
The Vivo X300 series, which will also include the X300 Pro (V2514), aims to compete in the flagship space with its next-gen chip, high memory options, and advanced graphics performance.
