Vijayawada, October 17 (Daily Kiran) : Telugu film industry stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna made a special visit to the renowned Kanaka Durga Temple on Indrakeeladri Hill in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, on Saturday.
The couple offered prayers and participated in a special puja at the temple. Upon their arrival, they were warmly welcomed by local MP Kesineni Srinivas (Chinni), temple trust officials, and other dignitaries. They then expressed their devotion with heartfelt prayers before the deity, Kanaka Durga.
Following their darshan, Vedic scholars blessed the actors with chants of Vedic mantras. The temple administration presented them with a picture of the goddess and prasad as a token of respect.
As news of the film stars’ visit spread, a large number of devotees and fans gathered at the temple complex. During their entry, Vijay and Rashmika greeted their admirers, further enhancing the festive atmosphere.
This religious visit became a focal point for many devotees and fans present at the temple. Rashmika Mandanna is set to appear alongside her husband in their upcoming drama film “Ranbali,” marking their first major project together since their marriage.
