Vice Presidents Message on Dussehra: The Triumph of Truth

New Delhi, October 20 (Daily Kiran) : On October 20, 2026, Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan attended the Dussehra celebrations organized by the Luv Kush Ramleela Committee at the Red Fort grounds in New Delhi.

In his address, the Vice President extended his best wishes to the attendees and remarked that Dussehra symbolizes the victory of good over evil, truth over falsehood, and righteousness over unrighteousness. Addressing the issue of substance abuse, the Vice President emphasized that drug use poses a significant threat to the health and future of the nation’s youth. He called on young people to stay away from drugs and advocated for a collective commitment to eradicate the menace of substance abuse in India.
