He emphasized that students should choose value-based decisions over shortcuts. Success is not solely defined by financial achievements but also by fulfilling responsibilities to society. During the ceremony held on Saturday, a total of 558 students received their degrees, while seven outstanding students were honored with medals and accolades.

Special recognition was given to the top performers of the MBA, MBA-BA, MBA-HRM, Executive MBA (Summer), and Executive MBA (Winter) programs for the 2024-26 session. Additionally, two students received the Student Citizenship Award, and the Prof. Ashish Hajela Award was presented.

He expressed his pleasure that IIM Ranchi values these principles. Drawing from his experience as the former Governor of Jharkhand, he noted that he has been closely monitoring the progress of IIM Ranchi, which has achieved remarkable milestones.
