Mumbai, August 24: Veteran actress and voice artist Asha Singh Jaiswal has passed away. She was renowned for lending her voice to the iconic actress Meena Kumari.
Her son, Akash Bhardwaj, shared the heartbreaking news on social media, revealing that Asha Singh Jaiswal took her last breath on August 22.
In his post, he wrote, “She was a hardworking iron lady. Please pray for her soul’s peace and elevation. Keep watching and remembering her work on social media, so wherever her soul is, it finds joy in knowing that people still appreciate and remember her contributions.”
He further expressed, “In her life, her work was everything. May she attain liberation in Brahmananda after death. The message is not sorrow in death, but joy in Brahmananda.”
