In a notice released by the General Administration Department on Friday, officials were instructed to organize all events for October in accordance with guidelines issued by the central government.

The directive specifically emphasizes the observance of National Unity Day on October 31, which will include a unity pledge, parades, runs for unity, and other related activities.
