
Lucknow, April 3: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh has taken serious note of complaints made by employees associated with the CM Helpline 1076 against V-Win Private Limited. He emphasized the need for immediate and effective resolution of the employees’ salary-related issues and workplace problems.
CM Yogi directed the Managing Director of UPDESCO to conduct a thorough review of the situation and ensure necessary corrective actions at the company level, urging that no negligence be tolerated. Following these directives, the Managing Director of UPDESCO requested the top management of the concerned company to clarify the situation, initiating high-level discussions.
As a result of the Chief Minister’s firm intervention, the company management adopted a positive stance towards the employees’ demands. The company agreed to a salary increase, addressing the primary requests of the employees. Additionally, it has committed to improving workplace facilities.
Neha Jain, the Managing Director of UPDESCO, stated that a serious review of the entire matter was conducted in compliance with the Chief Minister’s instructions. Clear directives were issued to the company management to prioritize resolving salary-related issues and ensuring necessary facilities at the workplace.
She mentioned that protecting the interests of the personnel is of utmost priority, and continuous monitoring will be implemented to prevent similar situations in the future. Reports indicate that the swift action taken has led to a return to normalcy, with employees resuming their duties.
Employees expressed gratitude for the Chief Minister’s decisive intervention, noting that timely decisions have facilitated the resolution of their issues. Himanshu Vikram, an employee from the CM Helpline 1076, thanked CM Yogi Adityanath, stating, “The seriousness with which the Chief Minister listened to our problems and directed immediate solutions has brought us great relief. After a long-standing salary issue, the company has now agreed to a salary increase, which has created a wave of happiness among all employees.”
Employee Vikas Yadav remarked, “The Chief Minister’s prompt intervention has resolved our issues. Following the positive decision regarding salary matters, normalcy has returned, and we are all back to work. We sincerely thank him for this.”
Employee Ankit Shukla added, “The honorable Chief Minister took our concerns seriously and acted swiftly, making it possible to resolve our issues. With the company’s agreement on salary demands, the workplace atmosphere has also improved. We are grateful for this decision and are committed to our work.”
