Washington, August 25: President Donald Trump has announced that all sea mines in the international waters of the Strait of Hormuz have been removed or neutralized. He warned Iran that any new ship or vessel attempting to lay mines in the area will be swiftly and systematically destroyed.
Trump shared this information on the social media platform Truth Social, stating that the U.S. Navy has confirmed the removal or detonation of all mines present in the international waters of the Strait of Hormuz.
He emphasized that the U.S. Space Force is monitoring “every inch” of the Strait. Additionally, Trump claimed that the Space Force is also keeping an eye on Iran’s Pikaex Mountain and three other previously destroyed nuclear sites.
The President reiterated that the U.S. has a “zero tolerance” policy regarding mine-laying activities, and immediate military action will be taken against any new attempts.
In a separate matter, the Trump administration has warned American schools that if they implement changes related to children’s gender without informing their parents, they risk losing federal funding.
U.S. Education Secretary Linda McMahon stated during a “Back-to-School” event at the White House that the Education and Justice Departments are working together to ensure that no school district asserts more rights over children than their parents.
McMahon added, “If schools subject children to radical experiments while sidelining parents, they will lose their federal funding.”
