According to reports, the incident took place late Monday night on the Bahucharaji-Modhera road, near the village of Nava Delvada. A group of pilgrims was crossing the road to visit the Bahucharaji temple on the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Poonam when a speeding and out-of-control truck suddenly struck them.
