Mumbai, August 21: A heartbreaking incident has emerged from Khandala village in the Vaijapur taluka of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. A 19-year-old student took his own life after receiving low marks in the NEET exam.

The deceased, identified as Suraj Subhash Shinde, was preparing for the NEET examination at home. According to preliminary police investigations, Suraj was troubled by his poor performance in the exam, which led him to take such a drastic step.

Suraj was studying at home while his family attended a local event. Around 2 PM on Wednesday, when they returned and called for him, his phone was off.
