New Delhi, April 14: A tragic incident has emerged from the Sultanpuri area of New Delhi, where a minor boy was fatally stabbed. Following the attack, he was rushed to the hospital, but doctors declared him dead during treatment. The incident has sparked fear and anger in the community.
Reports indicate that this was not a spontaneous dispute but rather a case stemming from an old rivalry. The victim’s brother, Mohit, alleged that his brother Rohan had been targeted previously. According to Mohit, the accused had attacked Rohan with a knife about six months ago, but the matter was resolved without serious action.
On the day of the incident, Mohit claimed that the accused called Rohan and, along with three other boys, led him away. There, they attacked him with a knife. Mohit stated he witnessed his brother being forcibly taken aside and subsequently stabbed.
A woman named Sunita has also made serious allegations, stating that Gupta’s son and his accomplices attacked Rohan. She mentioned that the same boy had previously stabbed Rohan, but the matter was swept under the rug under the guise of a mutual agreement. Sunita expressed that Rohan was one of three brothers, and now the family is overwhelmed with grief.
The family asserts that the attack was premeditated by the accused. They have accused the accused’s family of attempting to suppress the matter, claiming that despite the police being informed, no substantial action was taken. The accused’s family managed to quiet the situation.
The family shared that Rohan was only 15 or 16 years old and contributed to household expenses through labor. They noted that he had recently returned home to visit family when this tragic event occurred.
