Hyderabad, June 27: Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy has accused the Congress, AIMIM, and BRS of intimidating government employees and engaging in vote bank politics. He urged employees not to worry.
Referring to the SIR process, Reddy noted that it has been three days since its initiation in Telangana. He mentioned that many counting forms have yet to reach the BLOs, who have not started their work. He requested the Election Commission to ensure that the forms are delivered correctly at the grassroots level.
Reddy stated that the Congress and BRS are trying to intimidate government employees working as BLOs, which he condemned. On behalf of the BJP, he appealed to all government employees in Telangana to remain fearless. He reassured them, saying, “Do not worry, as the Election Commission will support you.”
Accusing other parties of spreading confusion, Reddy claimed that people from villages are being threatened that their votes will be cut. This is entirely false. He assured that there would be no changes to welfare schemes, and ration cards and pensions would not be halted. He also encouraged the youth to actively register their names in the voter list, emphasizing the rights granted by India’s democracy.
He announced that BJP National President Nitin Naveen will visit Telangana for three days. During this visit, he will guide a conference for booth-level presidents from nine districts in Hyderabad. Following this, he will tour Warangal, Bhongir, and Ranga Reddy districts. After visiting various districts, he will provide guidance at the Telangana State Executive meeting on the 30th. As the BJP strengthens its organization across Telangana, the booth presidents’ ‘Vijay Sankalp Conference’ is another step towards building a robust BJP and a strong Telangana. He will address and inspire dedicated leaders and workers.
