Patna, April 14: Tejashwi Yadav, the leader of the opposition in the Bihar Assembly, commented on Nitish Kumar’s resignation from the Chief Minister position. He stated that Kumar’s resignation reflects his support for the BJP-RSS ideology. By handing power to those who follow Nathuram Godse’s policies, he has disrespected the soul and thoughts of Baba Saheb Ambedkar.
Speaking at an event to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bhimrao Ambedkar at the RJD office, Yadav emphasized the need for unity among backward, Dalit, extremely backward, tribal, and minority communities. He urged them to stand firm against communal forces and to choose the path of struggle and movement against BJP’s policies.
He sarcastically remarked that those who once criticized dynastic politics are now being appointed as ministers without any struggle, movement, or social work. He pointed out that these individuals do not practice what they preach.
Regarding the appointment of Samrat Chaudhary as Chief Minister, Yadav referred to him as a student of Lalu Yadav’s school of thought. He reminded the media that it was Lalu Yadav who first made Samrat Chaudhary a minister and legislator. He quipped that despite Chaudhary’s current political stance, his foundation remains rooted in Lalu Yadav’s ideology. Yadav concluded by stating that even the BJP is now compelled to align its politics around Lalu Yadav’s principles, as everyone knows that his students are on the verge of becoming Chief Ministers.
