Patna, July 15: Guru Prakash, the national spokesperson for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has targeted the opposition regarding the Ram Temple donation issue. He emphasized that swift action has been taken within the stipulated timeframe. There should be no doubts or suspicions, as transparency remains a top priority for the government.
In an interview with a news agency, Guru Prakash highlighted the importance of maintaining accountability and transparency within the system. He assured that clarity has been ensured at every level concerning matters related to the Ram Temple, and appropriate measures have been taken against any irregularities.
Regarding the upcoming Bankipur Assembly by-election, the BJP leader claimed that the party is set to receive a historic mandate. He described the Bankipur constituency not just as an electoral area but as a family. This region symbolizes years of trust, generational connections, and the dedication of party workers. The public will once again show their support for the BJP.
Guru Prakash also criticized the Congress party over alleged internal strife within the Punjab Congress. He accused the party of discrimination against Dalit leaders. Citing examples of Kumari Selja from Haryana and former Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, he noted that whenever a leader from the Dalit community shows ambition, discomfort arises within the party. He labeled Congress as anti-Dalit and a feudal-minded political entity.
Meanwhile, Bihar’s Minister Dilip Jaiswal has issued strict instructions to officials regarding the resolution of complaints on the state’s ‘Sahyog’ platform. He stated that genuine complaints from the public must be addressed within the designated timeframe. Any official neglecting complaint resolution will face action.
Dilip Jaiswal also responded to issues related to reservations, asserting that it is a matter of constitutional rights. Citing Supreme Court directives, he mentioned that no steps should be taken that affect the rights of current beneficiaries from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Extremely Backward Classes, and other reserved categories. He affirmed that the government is operating in accordance with constitutional provisions and court directives.
