Hyderabad, September 22 (Daily Kiran) : A tragic incident unfolded in Hyderabad, where a 23-year-old woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances in a hotel on Tuesday. The woman, identified as Sheron Nikita Topno from Visakhapatnam, was staying in a room with her boyfriend, Srinivas Ravi Teja.
Authorities reported that the couple checked into a hotel in Madhapur around 2 PM on Monday. Early Tuesday morning, the police received a report of the woman’s death from a private hospital. Her boyfriend and hotel staff had brought her in for emergency medical treatment, but doctors pronounced her dead upon arrival.
Upon investigation, police discovered severe injuries and swelling on the woman’s face and head. Following the declaration of her death, Ravi Teja left the hospital without informing anyone, raising suspicions about his involvement in the case.
A search of the hotel room revealed blood stains on the walls and bed sheets. Forensic teams have collected evidence from the scene. The woman’s body has been sent to Osmania General Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Madhapur police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. Officers are reviewing CCTV footage and other evidence while also questioning hotel staff to piece together the events leading up to the woman’s hospitalization. Additionally, they have reached out to the Visakhapatnam police to locate the boyfriend and inform the victim’s family.
