
Patna, June 4: In a significant meeting held at the Bharatiya Janata Party’s state office in Patna, National President Nitin Naveen engaged with newly appointed state officials. The discussions focused on strengthening the organization, accelerating upcoming initiatives, and enhancing the effectiveness of party workers.
Present at the meeting were Bihar BJP President Sanjay Sarawagi, State Organization General Secretary Bhikhubhai Dalsania, and Bihar Co-In-Charge Deepak Prakash.
Nitin Naveen emphasized that the BJP’s greatest strength lies in its robust organization and dedicated workers. He stated that the BJP is not merely a political party but an ideological organization committed to nation-building. This commitment has helped the party earn widespread public trust across the country and establish new benchmarks.
Wishing the newly appointed officials success, he remarked that the responsibilities bestowed by the organization represent an opportunity for service to society and the nation. He urged all officials to work diligently to strengthen the organization at the booth level. It is essential for each official to engage with the public, understand their issues, and actively promote government welfare schemes to the grassroots.
Nitin Naveen highlighted that the BJP’s operational style is based on collective leadership, organizational discipline, and continuous public engagement. He encouraged workers to effectively implement organizational programs and maintain ongoing dialogue with all sections of society. Nitin Naveen advised officials to remain humble and maintain enthusiastic interactions with workers. He encouraged them to focus on authorized tasks and to recruit new members to the party whenever possible. He set a target of adding 10 to 15 percent new members to the organization.
He discussed strengthening the power center and the need for regular meetings to ensure effective organization. He urged against individualism and suggested that the district core committee should meet monthly. He called for the distribution of tasks among 20 key workers to facilitate better management.
During the meeting, the party leadership welcomed the recently appointed state officials and emphasized the need to make the organization stronger, more active, and people-oriented.
