New Delhi, April 19: The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has announced recruitment for 51 Sub-Inspector positions. The deadline for applications is set for April 20, which falls on a Monday. Candidates must be a maximum of 30 years old as of this date.
This is a golden opportunity for youth aspiring to join the SSB. The official notification for the recruitment of various Sub-Inspector roles has been released.
The online application process has begun, and interested candidates are advised to submit their registration forms on the official website before the deadline.
The 51 positions available include 10 Sub-Inspectors (Staff Nurse), 21 Sub-Inspectors (Pioneer), and 20 Sub-Inspectors (Communication).
Applicants must hold a 12th-grade certificate from a recognized institution, along with a diploma relevant to the position. A graduation degree in any stream, Civil, Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, or Information Technology Engineering is also required. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria.
The maximum age limit for candidates is 30 years, with age relaxation applicable for those from reserved categories as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a series of tests, including Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), written examination, Detailed Medical Examination (DME), and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400, depending on the position.
