Sant Community Welcomes Appointment of Jitendra Mishra as CEO of Ram Janmabhoomi Trust

Ayodhya, September 3: The appointment of Air Marshal (Retired) Jitendra Mishra as the CEO of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has elicited positive reactions from the saint community and trust members.

Kamal Nayan Das, successor to Mahant Nritya Gopal Das and a member of the religious committee of the Ram Mandir Trust, welcomed the decision. He stated, “This is a very good development. Every aspect has been considered, and this decision is correct. He is capable, which is why he has been entrusted with this responsibility.”

When asked about the return of Champat Rai to the trust, Kamal Nayan Das remarked, “We have known Champat Rai for a long time since he became associated with the organization. There is no one like Champat. Everything will be managed at the right time. There is still much work to be done within the organization.”

Dinesh Chandra, a patron of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), also expressed confidence in the new appointment. He said, “Air Marshal (Retired) Jitendra Mishra has been given this responsibility after careful consideration. We will meet him, understand the situation, explain things to him, and set him to work. We will collaborate and achieve good results.”

The opposition has raised concerns regarding the appointment of Air Marshal (Retired) Jitendra Mishra as the new and first CEO of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Samajwadi Party MP Sanatan Pandey criticized the move, stating that if the leader is honest, the employees will also be honest. Meanwhile, the saint community believes this decision is essential for the smooth operation of the temple.

Preparations for Janmashtami at the Ram Mandir are also in full swing. Acharya Chandrabhan Sharma from the temple administration shared, “Preparations for the Janmashtami celebrations are underway, and the temple administration is making all necessary arrangements. All devotees present will be offered prasad and bhog.”
