RCFCL Announces Recruitment for Assistant Officer Positions, Applications Open Until September 26

Mumbai, September 10 (Daily Kiran) : The National Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFCL) has announced the recruitment of Assistant Officers (Secretarial) in the E0 grade, offering a total of 10 positions. This news is particularly encouraging for job seekers.

The available positions include six for the General category, one for Scheduled Castes (SC), two for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), and one for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). The application process commenced on September 10 at 8 AM and will remain open until September 26 at 5 PM. Interested candidates can complete their registration on the official RCFCL website.

To be eligible, applicants must have a regular full-time graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 55% marks. Alternatively, candidates can qualify with a two-year full-time postgraduate degree or a diploma in Executive Assistant/Office Management/Secretarial Practice or a related field, along with at least four years of relevant experience post-graduation.

The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 32 years, calculated as of July 1, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government norms.

Selection will be based on application scrutiny, an online test, a skill test, and document verification. Those selected will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000, along with additional benefits and allowances.

When filling out the application, candidates must pay the prescribed fee online. The fee is set at ₹1,000 for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates. However, SC/ST/PWD/women candidates and departmental applicants are exempt from this fee.
