Mumbai, March 20: The Telangana Gaddar Film Awards were grandly celebrated on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi. This event honored the talents of actors, directors, and technicians from Telugu cinema. Among the honorees was the South cinema superstar Chiranjeevi.
Megastar Chiranjeevi received the prestigious NTR National Film Award. Witnessing his father’s recognition, actor Ram Charan expressed his joy on the social media platform X.
He shared an emotional note, thanking the Telangana Gaddar Film Awards, stating that it was a moment of pride for his entire family. Ram wrote, “I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Telangana Gaddar Film Awards for celebrating cinema and honoring remarkable talent. Congratulations to all the winners. It fills us with pride and emotion that Chiranjeevi received the NTR National Award. His hard work, dedication, and love for cinema have inspired generations, and this honor is very special to us.”
He also congratulated the Chief Minister of Telangana, writing, “A heartfelt thank you to our Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and the Telangana government for recognizing talent and organizing such a grand and memorable event.”
The event saw participation from numerous artists and personalities from the entertainment industry. It was hosted by Suma Kanakala and Pradeep Machiraju, featuring a dance performance by Nidhi Agarwal and live music shows by Shreya Ghoshal, Devi Sri Prasad, and Mangli. Additionally, a vibrant program showcasing Telangana’s culture was held.
Recently, actor Chiranjeevi was seen in the film ‘Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu,’ which has been performing well at the box office. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, this film has been well-received by audiences, earning blockbuster status in Telugu cinema due to its fantastic blend of action, comedy, and emotion.
